Hi Jordan
If you can send the deviation request, a copy of the bom and also the attached recommendation letter to the customer. 
For Cameron they require deviations per order.
I will attached this information to the part. It is just a case of a new form being signed each time and the letter re-sent. 
When the customer provides an NCR reference, this needs to be stated on the COC and delivery paperwork. 
Can you please forward me a copy of the NCR when complete for records.
