Special Processor Checklists

What are they for?

To ensure we have a consistent approach to reassessing Special Processes, we have devised checklists to cover all Special Processes. These checklists are directly derived from the relevant controlling process specifications.

When do we use them?

As a subcontractor undertaking Special Processes for Raytheon Aircraft Company, you are required to individually reassess your approved processes using checklists provided by Raytheon. These checksheets will be referenced on the rear of the Process Surveillance Questionnaire Pack (Black Book) and can be obtained through opening the WINZIP files attached. In addition, the Black Book will require amending prior to returning the information and completed checksheets.

It is also a requirement for you to undertake a further annual internal audit on your special processes using the attached checklists (or using approved alternatives). These internal audits, whilst not being required to be submitted to use, must be available for scrutiny during our verification visit to your premises.
