Hi Emma

Just gone to update this one on the Deviation permit register and JWUK-PN-000808 is now assigned to PattonAir.

When I first raised this deviation I did enter the details on the register but it doesn’t look to have saved – not sure what to do now because I’d like to be able to log it as approved

Any ideas on what to do for the best?

So, this has not shipped so far due to being on hold for acceptance of a deviation. Sorry I did not realise until now. Sent back in June –

As part of our investigation into missing documentation for PO 64976895/6491 (My Case 17927) we have identified PO 64979348 which is currently in manufacture for the same part - C390 2289963-18 Rev 01

To ensure that future supply of this part meets your requirements we feel a deviation is required to remove some specifications that are called out but not applicable to the part and for acceptance of the documentation we propose to supply to cover the remaining specifications.

Please see attached JWUK-PN-000808 for full details, please could this be reviewed and if accepted a copy returned to me so we can proceed with PO 64979348

Attached a copy of the original email. After confirmation, we can finally get this shipped. Apologies for the confusion!

For line 1 I sent over the BOM and specs, but there was no drawing, and I know Baker Hughes do not have a drawing for this item. Apologies, but we may need to cancel this. Let me know how you would like to proceed with this.
